Potus Republicantus, as seen outside the National Museum of American History. The D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities installed 100 donkeys and 100 elephants in a "Party Animals" showcase. The animals were placed at various sites throughout Washington D.C. from April 2002 to the Fall of 2002.
